Telehealth for Established Patients
 
Skip the drive and get expert care from the comfort of home. Established Arches patients can now self-schedule telemedicine visits online—quick, convenient, and designed to fit your day.

Telemedicine is ideal for everyday, non-urgent concerns like:

• Cold, flu, or sinus symptoms

• Mild cough, sore throat, or congestion

• Minor rashes or skin issues

• Medication questions or short-term follow-up

 
This service is available exclusively for patients already established with an Arches primary care provider, with appointments limited to same-day or next-day visits. If an in-person evaluation or more urgent care is needed, we can help coordinate appropriate follow-up. Your PCP will be kept informed of the visit and any next steps.
