Rayra Coelho, FNP-C sees patients at Arches Medical - Brookside.  She graduated from Chamberlain University with her masters in nursing and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island. 

Rayra specializes in Family Medicine, speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and holds a board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
